HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAINERS?
I don't teach a swing philosophy, I teach golf based from the 5 fundamentals. Using a wide variety of training aides we will work on and build "YOUR" swing. We will use unique training aides to build motor patterns and Mach 3 aides for speed training.
DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN ATHLETIC LEVEL TO TRAIN WITH TOM CLARK GOLF?
Not at all. Golf is a game for all to enjoy but can be a physically demanding. Avoiding injuries is paramount with any sport. Golf is a game in which the harder you work you'll get more from your body. Incorperating any type of exercise and stretching program of just 15 minutes a day will help prevent injury.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER TAKING A LESSON FROM TOM?
After a lesson the student will have identified what areas of their swing needs the most work. From that point the student will need to practice. I will give you drills to help ingrain the new motor patterns. These drills can be done at home and while practicing. It's best to do the drills in slow motion and add speed as the new moves start to take place.
